This is a small fine art print of my 2025 original oil painting, 'Rose', printed on high-grade Hahnemuhle paper. The print is unframed.
Rose was created as a collaboration between myself and my friend, the garden designer, Nadine Mansfield. Nadine had an idea to commemorate her close friend, the Manchester-based entrepreneur, Marcie Incarico, within her show garden at the 2024 RHS Tatton Flower Show. The majority of the painting was done live in the show garden during the show, and I wanted to capture the sense of the subject blossoming as she moves through her adult life, which is something I felt reflected both Marcie and Nadine herself.
50% of the profits from the sale of Rose's prints will be donated to The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and Maggie's, both charities very close to the heart of Marcie's family.
The print is size A2 (42 x 59.4cm) and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
You'll also receive a printed copy of Rose's Spotify playlist, which are the tracks I listened to when I was painting her to help me get into the right zone and to summon her character. I hope you'll feel, as I do, that they add to her story.
This print is supplied unframed, but with a plain white border so that you can apply a mount and your own choice of frame. The frames in the photos are to illustrate how the print can look.
